Rosso Vermouth | 1/3 jigger |
Tonic Water | 1 2/3 jigger |
Lime | 2 Wedges |
Ginger | 1 Slice |

Squeeze two lime wedges into a balloon glass then add the elderflower cordial, gin and Rosso Vermouth, swirl to mix. Fully fill the glass with cubed ice and stir to chill. Top with Ginger Ale and gently stir again to combine. Garnish with a snapped ginger slice and an awoken mint sprig.
